State Authorizations
The U.S. Department of Education requires compliance with state regulations of any state in which 正澳门六合彩开奖结果 provides distance education for students. To facilitate this compliance with state regulations, 正澳门六合彩开奖结果 joined the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).
NC-SARA membership allows 正澳门六合彩开奖结果 to offer distance education in 49 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. California, not an NC-SARA state, does allow California residents to take 正澳门六合彩开奖结果 distance education courses.
Residents outside of the United States must follow the distance education rules and regulations of their country or province.

Out-Of-State Learning Placements
DETI must be notified before a student leaves Georgia for a clinical ration, student teaching, or internship for credit. Field trips and international placements are not reported. The information is used to stay in compliance with NC-SARA. Email DETI for more information.

Professional Licensure and Certification
The University of North Georgia offers degree programs that fulfill the educational requirements for students to apply for professional licensure or certification in Georgia. However, these programs may not meet the education requirements in other states.
