Secondary Education Major with a Biology Concentration (B.S.)
The Bachelor of Science with a major in secondary education and biology concentration is similar to an undergraduate Biology degree but without the organic chemistry requirement and with the addition of 36 hours of required courses for teacher certification.
In addition to our undergraduate program, there are alternate routes to biology secondary education certification at the University of North Georgia (正澳门六合彩开奖结果). The Post-Baccalaureate Initial Teacher Certification program allows those with an undergraduate degree to earn their initial teacher certification and the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) is designed for individuals who possess degrees in majors other than education and wish to become initially certified in teaching fields comparable to their undergraduate degrees.
