Elementary and Special Education (B.S.)

The Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education (general curriculum) program at the University of North Georgia offers a dual major of 127 hours in elementary and special education (general curriculum), preparing students to work in both fields from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Students who complete the ELE/SPED program attain induction level certification in Special Education (General Curriculum)/Elementary Education (P-5) from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) along with a Reading Endorsement.
