Parking
Important Parking Information
- Graduates and faculty should park at the Radar Ridge Rec Fields Lot (L64). A shuttle will be running to the Convocation Center.
- Guest Parking:
- Convocation Center Surface Lot (L52)
- South Parking Deck (L51)
- Owen Hall Surface Lot (L53)
- Library Technology Center (LTC) Bridge Lot (L48)
- Radar Ridge Rec Fields Lot (L64) - A shuttle will be provided.
- Any available space on campus (may require a longer walk than the reserved parking areas)
- Alumni Drive will be closed to thru traffic. Guests must travel via Morrison Moore Parkway.
- PLEASE NOTE: This is a very busy weekend for our campus. Please allow ample time for parking and walking or riding to the venue.
Parking Tips and Insider Information
- If traveling from the Cumming/Alpharetta area, consider using Auraria Road.
- If you don't mind walking and would like to visit the square after the ceremony without having to move your car, you can park in the Rec Center Parking Deck located off of Church Street.
- Use the to get walking directions from any place in town.
- Parking will NOT be allowed along Morrison Moore Parkway.
- Dahlonega is a very hilly campus. Please consider this and allow for extra walking time if needed.
