As professors we guide our students in effective study strategies. What habits and techniques might we suggest? Maryellen Weimer in Faculty Focus offers a doable approach in "?" (Faculty Focus, September 20, 2017). Weimer draws on the work of Amanda Sebesta and Elena Bray Speth (Saint Lous University). Both Weimer's article and Sebesta and Speth's article are worth reading to consider how we might help students in mastering course materials and the processes of learning.
