Honors Hall Move In

So I decided to try to be in the Honors
Program and got accepted. And I also
really wanted to be able to room with
Samantha because she's my best friend.
But also just the community it gives you
with other people who are striving
academically to achieve well and to do
big things. It's so encouraging to be
around that group of people.
I was worried about making friends in the
Honors Program and so I figured if we
all shared a close environment, it would
be easy to find study partners and
people to hang out with later at night.
And so I thought that would be a really
fun advantage to have.
I think really it was a decision that I wanted to be
around people who are very academically
focused, at least to have people that are
gonna be in the honors classes around me
just as a way to socialize and know
who's going to be in the program, who's
gonna be in the classes—kind of a way to
really dive in the program.
