2020 Fall FROG Week
FROG Week may look different this year, but we are continuing to train the next generation of Army leaders. We're using safety precautions such as six feet of social distance between each cadet, hand washing regularly and wearing our mask as a uniform item. Our freshman cadets are in-processing over a two-day period.
I believe the Corps of Cadets has been very flexible in helping implement the new procedures. This year it was an entirely new plan all around, up and down, left and right.
It has been great. We still do everything together as a team. We go marching. We do PT. We get yelled at by the sergeants. You know, we're all as a FROG Week cadet, we're all going through it together, and it's not just me. It's everybody.
Based on our structure, the Corps of Cadets is a well-equipped organization to usher in these new guidelines of social distancing and wearing masks because we train our leaders to be adaptable and to be very flexible.
