2024 English Language Conference in Jordan
Innovative Teaching: Dynamic Strategies for Success in English Language Instruction
May 9 & 12, 2024
In collaboration with Queen Rania Teacher Academy, the U.S. Embassy-Amman, the University of Jordan, Georgia State University, and the University of North Georgia, this conference invites K-16 educators, researchers, school administrators, university educators, and university students to share and showcase effective classroom practices or research studies. Those who attend the conference in Amman or Aqaba will receive a conference certificate.
The registration and proposal submission deadlines have passed. We are no longer accepting submissions for the 2024 English Language Conference in Jordan.
2024 English Language Conference Information
Conference Details:
- Thursday, May 9, 2024: , Amman
- University of Jordan Faculty of Educational Sciences Building
- 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- The conference in Amman is open only to teachers who work in central and northern Jordan (Amman, Salt, Zarqa, Irbid, Ajloun, Jerash, Madraq, Madaba, etc.). The Ministry will arrange for transportation for teachers residing in those central and northern Jordan areas only.
- Sunday, May 12, 2024: , Aqaba
- University of Jordan Administration Building
- 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- The conference in Aqaba is open only to teachers who work in south Jordan (Aqaba, Karak, Maan, and Tafilah). The Ministry will arrange for transportation for teachers residing in those south Jordan areas only.
