Cynthia Wagner, RN, MSN
Overview
Mrs. Cynthia Wagner started her career in nursing in the hospital on a medical-surgical unit. Afterward, she worked in various Dialysis clinics in the south for 20 years, due to moves with her husband’s law enforcement career. She finished her clinical nursing in the hospital in Brunswick, Georgia in the GI lab and Pre and Post-Operative areas. After receiving her MSN degree in Nursing Education, she began her teaching career at Coastal Pines Technical College in 2018. She had the opportunity to help start the Associate Degree program in Nursing. She joined the University of North Georgia in 2020 when her husband retired from law enforcement, and they moved to the area. Cynthia currently teaches Adult Health Nursing, Pharmacology, Teaching Adults, and HESI Remediation. She is passionate about the role of bedside nursing and educating new nurses to join the profession.
