Overview
Dr. Murck’s educational background includes earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Georgia College and State University, a Post master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the University of North Georgia, an MSN concentrating in Nursing Education from Mercer University, Georgia Baptist College of Nursing, and a BSN from Winona State University. She has 30-plus years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery bedside nursing and five-plus years in College Health. Her research and clinical interests include Intimate Partner Violence, Women's Health, and Student Health. She is the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator for Nursing and has held leadership positions in RN-BSN and BSN tracks. She has taught in both graduate and undergraduate programs. Dr. Murck has served as a mentor, preceptor, and advisor supporting students and colleagues.
