Need a DUO Mobile Passcode?

To allow for flexibility and authentication from multiple locations the Information Technology department recommends defining multiple devices within Duo; however, we realize this may not always be feasible and may not cover all scenarios. DUO Mobile Passcodes, or bypass codes, are an additional option for use when the defined authentication device is unavailable.

Methods for Obtaining DUO Mobile Passcodes

Smartphone/Tablet Mobile App

When configured with a smartphone or tablet, the Duo mobile app can create bypass codes even without a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. DUO Mobile Passcodes, or bypass codes have a limited timeframe and will expire.

To create a bypass code:

  1. Open the Duo Mobile app

  3. The bypass code is presented.    

Note: Tapping the 正澳门六合彩开奖结果 account multiple times will produce multiple bypass codes. You will need to record them for later use, they will not continue to be displayed within the mobile app.
